The Phantom V Flip 2 is the more compact of the two, and the leaked images reveal some noticeable design changes. The most striking update is the significantly larger cover display, a departure from the smaller circular display seen on its predecessor. The larger screen of this device makes it even easier for one to glance at notifications or use controls for music, among many other quick-access capabilities, without unfolding the device.

While the outside display stays turned off in the leaked images, making it a little hard to exactly estimate the size of the bezels, the inner one does reveal symmetrical bezels on all sides, giving it a more finished look. It also cropped up on Geekbench, where confirmation arrived that it would indeed pack in the Dimensity 9000+ chipset-a high-end silicon promising flagship-level performance, particularly into handling the foldable device demands.

Leaked images of the Phantom V Fold 2 reveal that users can take highly qualitative selfies with punch-hole cutouts for the selfie cameras on both the cover and inner displays, whether they fold or unfold the device. On the back, it features a high-end camera deck with three cutouts for lenses, one of which will feature a telephoto lens to handle zoom photography. The engraving on the camera module shows that the primary rear camera will come with a 50MP lens that should provide crisp and clear shots under different light conditions.

Although there’s less information about all these specifications of the two upcoming devices, reports say both foldables will launch soon. An expected launch date of 8th September has been noted for Ghana. Pricing details for the two models seem to have surfaced online as well.
